Senior Media Buyer – Meta Lead Generation

About the role

Metta Dealers is seeking a bilingual Senior Paid Media Buyer to lead Meta lead‑generation campaigns for U.S. car dealerships. You will own campaign strategy, creative testing, and performance optimisation across the full customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta lead‑generation campaigns for multiple dealership accounts.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and test creative angles, offers, audiences and campaign strategies.
• Diagnose performance across ads, landing pages, lead quality, appointments and sales.
• Build and optimise Google Search campaigns when required.
• Identify performance issues and proactively implement solutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on lead‑generation experience in a digital advertising agency.
• Managed at least 10 advertising accounts independently.
• Recent experience in the U.S. market, preferably in automotive, home services, real estate, finance or similar local lead‑generation sectors.
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversion tracking and CRM data.
• C1‑C2 English proficiency and bilingual capability.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
