Project Manager – Marketing (Social‑first)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead large‑scale, social‑first marketing campaigns for a creative agency that partners with global brands. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams from initial scoping through final delivery, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project execution, delivering work on schedule, within budget, and according to scope.
• Develop detailed project plans covering phases, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and required resources.
• Manage statements of work (SOWs), budgets, estimates, and track hours against budget.
• Estimate team hours and resource needs, and allocate staff based on expertise and availability.
• Partner with Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, and leadership to align priorities and deliverables.
• Facilitate internal check‑ins, meetings, action items, deadlines, and follow‑ups.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and scope concerns; escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate client feedback, approvals, and expectations with Account/Client Service teams.
• Work closely with Production to manage timelines, deliverables, and budgetary requirements.
• Contribute to improving project management processes, systems, and documentation.

• Strong ability to balance timelines, budgets, resources, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
