Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join our dynamic remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional support and helping to drive sales and client satisfaction from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients across multiple communication channels.
• Handle inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and uncover new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and solutions while adhering to company policies.
• Support sales administration by processing documentation, updating records, and tracking interactions.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement strategies that boost client engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
