Recruiting Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support BairesDev’s talent acquisition initiatives. The role is fully remote and will help shape staffing strategies for a fast‑growing technology services company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the staffing strategy for open positions across the organization.
• Collect and analyse profile requirements and job specifications.
• Partner with recruiters to source and evaluate potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to recruiting and staffing processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
