E‑Commerce Marketplace Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven E‑Commerce Marketplace Manager to expand our brand presence on major online platforms, primarily Amazon and Home Depot. The role will own end‑to‑end marketplace operations, from product catalog creation to performance analytics, ensuring growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimize and maintain high‑converting product listings with SEO‑friendly titles, bullet points, enhanced brand content and backend keywords.
• Manage daily item setup and maintenance across Amazon, Home Depot and secondary channels such as Wayfair, Lowe’s and Walmart.
• Plan and execute PPC campaigns, Lightning Deals, coupons and other promotional activities to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain teams to forecast demand, maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee FBA or direct‑fulfilment workflows.
• Monitor account health, ensure policy compliance, resolve cases and protect brand IP.
• Track KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, buy‑box ownership and sales trends, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing enterprise e‑commerce accounts on Amazon (Seller or Vendor Central) and Home Depot (Supplier Hub/CommerceHub).
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
