Plant General Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Plant General Manager to lead our production facility in Codevi. The role focuses on overseeing plastic injection, extrusion, and recycling operations while driving efficiency, quality, and safety across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team to meet performance targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise quality and safety standards throughout the plant.
• Analyze and optimise production processes to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium‑size manufacturing plants (200‑350 employees).
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience in quality and safety management.
• Knowledge of machinery maintenance and repair.
