About the role

Our finance team is expanding and is looking for motivated individuals to join us in three key positions: Accounting Assistant, Fixed‑Asset Analyst, and Payroll Analyst. The roles are based in the Manoguayabo, SDO and Piantini areas and offer the chance to develop your career within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, document filing and record keeping.
• Maintain and update the fixed‑asset register, perform depreciation calculations and support asset audits.
• Process payroll, ensure accurate deductions and compliance with local regulations, using SPN software.
• Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

Required profile

• Students in the final semester or recent graduates of Accounting, Administration or related fields.
• Relevant experience for the specific position applied for.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of SPN (payroll) system.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
