Patient Appointment Setter – Engagement Specialist

About the role

As an Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients interested in minimally invasive medical procedures. Working remotely, you will build trust, gather essential information, and schedule consultations with partner clinics, ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new patient leads promptly via outbound calls and follow‑ups.
• Conduct qualification conversations to understand patient needs and symptoms.
• Gather and verify patient details, including legal name, DOB, address, insurance, and contact information.
• Schedule consultations at the appropriate clinic, selecting the correct procedure type, date, and time.
• Explain next steps and set expectations for the clinic’s follow‑up process.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Follow scheduling protocols and escalate any cancellations, insurance issues, or concerns.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills with an empathetic and confident tone.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to handle objections and address patient concerns effectively.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
