Appointment Setter – B2B Lead Conversion

About the role

We are looking for an Appointment Setter who turns warm, interested leads into booked meetings that actually happen. You will work with inbound leads that have already expressed interest, respond quickly, and guide prospects onto the phone to secure a confirmed appointment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes of contact.
• Conduct warm calls to schedule meetings and follow up persistently until the lead is booked or closed.
• Send confirmations and reminders to ensure prospects attend their meetings.
• Track every lead and its status in the CRM, preventing any slip‑through.
• Participate in roughly five client calls per week to report pipeline progress.
• Manage a portfolio of up to ten client accounts, maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience and understanding of buyer behavior.
• Hands‑on appointment‑setting or inbound/outbound calling experience.
• Clear, native‑level US or UK accent.
• Excellent written English for rapid inbox replies.
• Full‑time availability aligned with US time‑zone hours.
• Self‑driven, disciplined, and comfortable using a CRM.

Required skills

• CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking.

What we offer

• Base salary of $1,750 per month.
• $45 for every meeting that shows up (uncapped).
• 5 % revenue share on client renewals, compounding over time.
• Paid one‑week trial at full rate, with earnings from day one.
• Potential monthly earnings ranging from $3,500 to $7,500+ based on performance.
