Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Optimization Specialist to own and enhance performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other lead‑generating platforms. The role drives scalable growth by turning ad spend into measurable business results and directly influences revenue, marketing efficiency and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and continuously optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Local and Demand‑Gen platforms.
• Structure accounts for scalability, improve Quality Score and ensure cost‑efficient performance.
• Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, audiences and creative assets; manage search terms, match types, negative keywords and bid strategies to control CPA and ROAS.
• Collaborate with web and UX teams to align ads with landing pages and conversion paths.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Monitor performance trends, validate attribution, and produce clear, actionable reports tied to business outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid search campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets with high attention to detail.
