Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Empower ABA is seeking a bilingual Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth and lead generation for its remote operations based in the Dominican Republic. The role combines strategic planning, SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and design to expand the company’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on growth, visibility, and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize SEO, including keyword research, website optimization, and performance tracking.
• Plan, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
• Analyze campaign and website performance and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Support website and other digital marketing initiatives from a technical perspective.
• Utilize AI and marketing technology/tools to improve efficiency, automation, and campaign performance.
• Design professional marketing materials, digital ads, social media graphics, and other brand assets.
• Support social media strategy while aligning marketing efforts with broader business‑growth objectives.
• Track key marketing KPIs and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Fluent/bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated experience with SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience managing or optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital growth, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
• Comfortable working with technology, AI tools, analytics, and marketing platforms.
• Graphic design skills with tools such as Canva, Adobe, or Figma.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and turn it into actionable strategies.
• Creative, analytical, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in healthcare or ABA is a plus, but not required.
