E‑Commerce Marketplace Manager – Amazon & Home Depot

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven E‑Commerce Marketplace Manager to grow our brand presence on major online platforms, primarily Amazon Vendor/Seller Central and Home Depot Supplier Hub/CommerceHub. The role covers end‑to‑end marketplace operations, from catalog creation to performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimize and maintain high‑converting product listings with SEO‑friendly titles, bullet points, enhanced brand content (Amazon A+ Content, Home Depot Rich Media) and backend keywords.
• Manage daily item setup and maintenance across Amazon, Home Depot and secondary channels such as Wayfair, Lowe’s and Walmart.
• Plan and execute PPC campaigns, Lightning Deals, coupons and other promotional activities to drive revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain teams to forecast demand, maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee FBA or direct‑fulfilment workflows.
• Monitor account health, ensure policy compliance, resolve cases and protect brand IP.
• Track KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, buy‑box ownership and sales trends, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing enterprise e‑commerce accounts on Amazon and Home Depot.
• Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) for data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration and issue resolution.
