Marketing Specialist – Remote (AI‑enabled workflows)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will design and manage AI‑enabled workflows that support enterprise‑scale production. The role directly influences pipeline generation and brand visibility while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for intake, processing, and optimization of production requests.
• Own end‑to‑end production projects from request through delivery.
• Create and maintain automations and integrations for related workflows such as surveys and content audits using AI and no‑code tools.
• Maintain workflow documentation, version control, and ensure brand and quality compliance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing projects.
• 1+ year of hands‑on experience with AI tools and workflow integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives, familiarity with no‑code/low‑code platforms, and background in tech or B2B marketing.
