Marketing Assistant (Digital Support)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing to provide strategic and operational support to our clients. You will help implement campaigns, tools, and processes that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, professional support and follow‑up to clients.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and initial technical assistance.
• Create and monitor campaigns in Meta Business Suite.
• Write copy and design ads for digital campaigns and social media.
• Assist with automations using tools such as ManyChat.
• Organize reports, documents, and client tracking.
• Guide clients in using digital platforms and tools.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and content.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure task order and completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, support, or social media.
• Strong written communication and copy‑writing skills.
• Highly organized with proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Fast learner, result‑oriented, and commercially minded.
