Manager, GPS Innovation & Excellence

About the role

The Manager, GPS Innovation & Excellence will shape the future of Global People Services (GPS) by driving technology‑enabled transformation, continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Working closely with HR, Digital, HR Technology and Operations stakeholders worldwide, you will lead projects that improve efficiency, enhance employee experience and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery of GPS strategy initiatives, including technology implementations, process optimisation, automation and Carrier excellence activities.
• Partner with the Europe GPS Hub Lead to support regional continuous improvement, Kaizen, operational excellence programmes and capability development.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver cross‑functional projects with proper governance, stakeholder engagement and on‑time, on‑scope results.
• Provide strategic recommendations to GPS leaders on operational priorities and roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes using technology, improving quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Analyse performance data, customer feedback and project outcomes to track benefits and support data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Technology, Digital, Process Owners and operational teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
