Luxury Villa Butler & Concierge

About the role

Sunny Punta Cana is a luxury villa rental and concierge company offering private residences in Punta Cana Resort & Club and Cap Cana, the Dominican Republic. It is hiring an experienced, professional and service-oriented Butler & Concierge for a full-time, live-in position starting in November 2026. During the high season the butler serves guests in the villas; during lower occupancy the candidate works with the Head of Concierge.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized butler services to guests in luxury villas, welcoming them and anticipating their needs with discretion.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, private chefs, maintenance teams and external service providers.
• Assist with restaurant reservations, transportation, excursions and special guest requests.
• Support the Head of Concierge with daily operations and guest experiences.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English, absolutely mandatory.
• Proven experience as a butler in luxury properties; private villa experience preferred, luxury hotel background also considered.
• Must reside in Punta Cana or nearby and be willing to live on-site.
• Valid driver's license and excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and discretion.
• Flexibility to cover both butler and concierge duties and ability to work independently.
• Advantages: previous luxury concierge experience, bartending and mixology skills, own vehicle, familiarity with Punta Cana Resort & Club and Cap Cana.

What we offer

• High season (November-April): USD 900 per month; low season (May-October): USD 600 per month.
• Guest gratuities, which go entirely to the employee.
