About the role
We are looking for a friendly Hostess to provide direct customer service in the Arroyo Hondo area of Los Proceres. The role involves greeting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring that service procedures are followed to achieve high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in person.
- Follow established service protocols and standards.
- Address customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required profile
- Residence in Distrito Nacional, specifically in Arroyo Hondo, Los Proceres or nearby neighborhoods.
- Availability to work flexible, rotating schedules, weekends and public holidays.
- Completed high school education (bachelor’s degree equivalent).
- At least one year of prior experience in customer service.
Required skills
- Strong interpersonal communication.
- Ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Customer‑focused attitude.
