Assistant Pool and Beach Manager

About the role

The Assistant Pool and Beach Manager supports the supervision of pool and beach operations at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily supervision of pool and beach operations.
• Coordinate and assist the team during daily service, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor restaurant and food & beverage service within assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with service, presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Attend to guest requests and follow up on their needs.
• Assist the Pool and Beach Manager with team coordination, scheduling, and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, pool, beach, or related operations.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and service‑oriented abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in high‑volume operations.
