Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to own the candidate experience for both internal and external openings. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, ensuring a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring pipeline, building strong relationships and keeping them informed.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience against job requirements.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, facilitating clear communication between both parties.
• Collect and convey comprehensive candidate information to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of information.
• Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
