About the role
Kincore is hiring Healthcare Associates in Santiago de los Caballeros for a full-time, on-site position. You will handle healthcare-related calls, answer questions, resolve issues and keep accurate records while providing clear, empathetic support.

Required profile
- Previous call center experience
- Availability Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Age 18 or older and a Dominican national ID (cédula)
