Appointment Setter

About the role

The Appointment Setter contacts potential clients who have completed the Tax Investigation (TI) process and schedules qualified appointments for the 2nd Trade team. The goal is to keep a steady flow of well-timed meetings that maximise client conversion rates. The role suits a strong communicator who is organised and enjoys a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound calling: engage with qualifying clients and schedule appointments with 2nd Traders.
• Appointment scheduling: coordinate and manage appointments to optimise the 2nd Trade team's calendar.
• Lead nurturing: address initial client concerns, reassure them and encourage commitment to the resolution process.
• CRM management: log interactions, update statuses and manage scheduling in Salesforce (or the CRM used at ITR).
• Follow-ups: reconnect with clients who missed appointments or asked for a reschedule.
• Collaboration: work with SDRs and 2nd Traders for a smooth handoff of scheduled appointments.
• Performance tracking: maintain KPIs on contact rates, appointment set rates and appointment show rates.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing or inside sales, preferably in financial services or tax relief.
• Strong verbal communication, able to build rapport and handle objections.
• Organised, able to manage several schedules and prioritise tasks.
• Sales mindset: persuasive and proactive; goal-oriented in a performance-driven environment.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce mentioned)

Work schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Weekends off; schedules are fixed and based on business needs.
