About the role

KPMG is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Transaction Advisory team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality financial due diligence for major Czech and international investors, supporting negotiations, price setting, and transaction structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Lead and develop a team of specialists, ensuring effective project delivery.
• Manage multiple transaction projects, coordinating with M&A, valuation, and client teams.
• Analyse financial statements, cash‑flow projections, market data, and accounting systems.
• Assess risks and benefits of transactions for clients.

Required profile

• University degree (preferably in finance, economics or related field).
• Professional experience in audit, financial due diligence or reporting.
• Fluent Czech and English (C1 level).
• Proven project‑management and team‑leadership abilities.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
