Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Check Point is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end marketing activities across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will develop and execute the regional marketing plan, drive pipeline generation, and collaborate closely with sales, partners and corporate teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and follow up on all marketing initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Develop the annual and quarterly CEE marketing plan aligned with sales and corporate priorities.
• Generate pipeline through events, ABM, webinars, digital campaigns and partner programs.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and operational excellence.
• Support sales by monitoring lead conversion, building a healthy pipeline and aligning marketing activities with sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with regional sales leaders, account teams, channels and distribution partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor on market conditions, customer engagement strategies and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with corporate, digital, channel, communications and product marketing to localize and amplify campaigns.
• Measure and report performance against KPIs and business outcomes.
• Partner with strategic partners to execute joint marketing activities.
• Conceptualize and oversee online campaigns and social media activities.
• Localize corporate campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, focusing on field marketing, demand generation, channel or integrated programs.
• Proven track record of working closely with sales teams to meet pipeline generation targets.
• Experience managing regional marketing budgets with demonstrable business impact.
• Strong project and event management capabilities, able to run multiple programs simultaneously.
