About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Specialist to lead the strategic financial management of our organization. The role will oversee financial planning, performance analysis, treasury, cash‑flow management, executive reporting, audit coordination, and banking relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the organization’s financial strategy and planning in line with business growth objectives.
• Produce financial analyses and strategic recommendations for senior leadership to support decision‑making.
• Lead the full FP&A cycle: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Design and present executive financial and management reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Manage treasury functions, cash‑flow monitoring, and relationships with banks and auditors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial leadership or responsibility role.
• Proven experience in comprehensive financial management within medium‑size companies or corporate groups.
• Hands‑on expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash‑flow, and financial analysis.
• Direct experience working with CEOs, partners, boards, or executive teams.
• Knowledge of fiduciary structures and trust finance is highly valued.
• Ability to handle financial data across multiple entities, business units, or projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, sound financial judgment, and results orientation.
