Medical Marketing Manager

About the role

The Medical Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, planning and execution of interaction platforms with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean cluster. Reporting to senior medical affairs, the role connects Nestlé’s infant formula, GUM, and VMS brand strategies with the HCP ecosystem while ensuring compliance with WHO code, Nestlé policies and local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the HCP engagement strategy, budget (PFME) and ROI measurement.
• Design sampling strategies in line with WHO code and coordinate logistics for continuous medical education (CME) events.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for infant nutrition, GUM and ECF categories, including visual materials, training, promotional matrices and brand recall assets.
• Generate market, consumer and competitor insights in collaboration with the Training and Medical Affairs Manager.
• Create integrated medical‑brand plans to support regional and local scientific activities and new product launches.
• Ensure strict adherence to Nestlé corporate policy, WHO code, local law (Law 8‑95) and SHE standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in medical‑focused promotion, event planning and market communication.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
