Customer Service Agent – English (PM Shift)

About the role

Join Alorica's #CoolCenter as an English‑speaking Customer Service Agent working the PM shift. You will assist travelers with flight reservation inquiries, delivering accurate and empathetic support through phone, chat or other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate assistance to users regarding flight reservations.
• Utilise internal tools and follow established SOPs to resolve inquiries.
• Stay current on policy and process updates.
• Gather additional information when needed and present clear solutions.

Required profile

• Advanced level of English.
• Verifiable High School Diploma.
• Availability to work on‑site in the Dominican Republic.
• Dominican ID or a valid work permit.
• Preferred experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Strong multitasking and computer navigation abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving skills and a sense of urgency.
• Positive, solution‑focused attitude and empathy for user concerns.
