Responsabilidades principales

Atender llamadas de pacientes, médicos y otros clientes del laboratorio.
Registrar solicitudes y dar seguimiento a sus requerimientos.
Canalizar soluciones y comunicar novedades relacionadas con los servicios.

Perfil requerido

Estudiante universitario de Mercadeo o Administración.
Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en servicio al cliente.
Organización, actitud positiva y sentido de urgencia.
