About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Business Tax Consultant to join its Dominican Republic team. You will work directly with clients across various sectors, providing expert advice on complex corporate tax matters and delivering high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and manage complex tax issues for corporate clients.
• Lead the execution of tax projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior professionals.
• Develop tailored tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving tax regulations and communicate impacts to clients.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting or Certified Public Accountant.
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate tax, including calculations, interpretation of tax laws, and team supervision.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to high quality standards and results‑orientation.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
