Collections Call Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Collections Call Representative to handle and resolve outstanding accounts for residential and commercial clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on professional communication, accurate reporting, and compliance with collection policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct effective collection calls with clients to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Prepare and deliver reports based on supplied data and documentation.
• Provide timely updates on collection status and workload.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, prioritizing and assigning collection activities.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant collection policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Verifiable experience in collections or a related field.
• Professional attitude with strong ethical standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to self‑organize, maintain detailed records, and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to follow specific instructions and comply with company policies.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Gmail.
• Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Discord for internal communication.
• Hubstaff (web and desktop apps) for time tracking.
• WhatsApp groups for quick coordination.
• Zoom for meetings and breakout rooms.
• Specialized collections software and PDF editor.
