About the role
The restaurant is seeking a friendly and attentive waiter to provide direct service to guests in the Arroyo Hondo area. The role involves ensuring that all service procedures are followed and that customers leave satisfied with their experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and answering basic questions.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas throughout the shift.
- Handle payments and process transactions according to established procedures.
- Work flexible rotating schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
Required profile
- Completed high school education (Bachillerato).
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or food‑service role.
- Team‑oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
- Residence near Arroyo Hondo, Los Próceres or surrounding neighborhoods.
Required skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of food‑service standards and hygiene.
