About the role

Calls Experts is seeking an English‑speaking Call Center Representative to work remotely on a full‑time basis. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls for the US and Canadian insurance market, while also supporting administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining records.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to qualify leads and make live transfers.
  • Qualify prospects, resolve client queries, and handle objections professionally.
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records up to date.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client communications.

Required profile

  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work 8–9 hour shifts, five days a week, within EST hours (9 AM–9 PM EST).
  • Reliable fiber‑optic internet connection and a suitable computer setup.
  • Willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced virtual environment.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Base monthly salary of USD 700.
    • Performance‑based bonuses up to USD 500 per month.
