Join OutPLEX as a Forecasting Analyst and use your analytical expertise to develop forecasting models that support strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency in a leading teleservices contact center.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize statistical modeling techniques to produce accurate forecasts for sales, demand, or other relevant metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align forecasts with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Present forecasting results to management and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models to enhance performance.
• Incorporate market trends and business insights from cross‑functional teams into forecasting models.
• Guide workforce analysts in scheduling offline activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in workforce management within a call‑center environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, data science, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable to remote work.
