Bilingual English‑Haitian Creole Call Center Representative (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing healthcare coverage management company, is looking for a compassionate bilingual English‑Haitian Creole Call Center Representative. Working 100 % remotely, you will guide patients through enrollment for Medicaid, Medicare and the ACA Marketplace, providing free, high‑impact advocacy and support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach (≈80 % of calls) using the Five9 automated dialing system and handle inbound patient inquiries (≈20 %).
• Navigate eligible patients step‑by‑step through application workflows for Medicaid, Medicare and ACA Marketplace programs.
• Reach out to patients from healthcare centre rosters, verify demographics, assess eligibility and secure benefit enrollment.
• Accurately record patient interactions, qualification status and demographic data in Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance, ensuring the security and confidentiality of protected health information.
• Manage multiple cloud‑based software interfaces, communication queues and databases simultaneously.

Required profile

• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Haitian Creole.
• Proven experience in outbound call campaigns, telesales or high‑volume phone customer service.
• Tech‑savvy with ability to operate automated dialers and enterprise CRM systems.
• Empathetic, clear verbal communication style.
• Stable home office with reliable high‑speed internet suitable for VoIP.
• Prior exposure to the US healthcare ecosystem or health‑insurance enrollment is preferred.
• HIPAA certification or willingness to complete compliance training immediately upon hire.
