About the role

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst to support the Human Resources management of our branch. The role works closely with the HR manager and other HR subsystems to ensure smooth talent acquisition and employee onboarding. You will play a key part in maintaining HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR management and related subsystems to provide support for all HR tasks within the assigned branch.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all administrative and integration steps are completed.
• Support planning and coordination of employee training and development initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and records in accordance with internal procedures.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and basic data handling.
