Senior Mobility and Immigration Specialist

About the role

The Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist leads Compassion’s worldwide mobility and immigration programs, ensuring employees can work across borders safely, compliantly, and in line with business goals. This senior position shapes policy, advises leaders, and partners with legal, security, finance, and People & Culture teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve global mobility and immigration policies, covering assignments, relocations, remote work abroad and Employer of Record arrangements.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on complex mobility cases, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze mobility data, audit cases, and recommend program enhancements based on trends and regulatory changes.
• Coach and mentor team members while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations or related field.
• At least ten years of progressive experience in global mobility, immigration, compensation or international HR.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage multinational mobility programs.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
