About the role

The Financial Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret key financial data for the institution, ensuring timely preparation of regulatory financial reports. The role supports strategic and financial decision‑making by delivering reliable monthly projections and monitoring market‑related financial indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data from internal and external sources.
• Prepare and submit regulatory financial reports on schedule.
• Calculate, monitor, and track financial indicators, including liquidity and cash‑flow metrics.
• Develop monthly financial projections to support strategic planning.
• Produce executive and regulatory reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with banking supervisory regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in financial analysis, treasury, risk management, or financial planning within the financial sector.
• Proven experience interpreting financial statements and building financial forecasts.
• Familiarity with banking financial indicators, liquidity management, and cash‑flow analysis.
• Knowledge of the regulations issued by the Superintendence of Banks.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI (preferred).
• Financial ERP systems for data extraction and analysis.
