About the role

The Labor Relations Analyst is responsible for safeguarding employee wellbeing and fostering an ethical, respectful workplace culture. The role ensures that all practices align with the Dominican Republic Labor Code and internal policies, while promoting a positive organizational climate.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee wellbeing and promote a positive organizational climate.
• Ensure compliance with the Dominican Republic Labor Code (Law 16‑92) and internal policies.
• Manage and resolve workplace conflicts through effective negotiation.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Psychology, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience handling conflicts, negotiations and interpersonal relations.
• Intermediate knowledge of the Dominican Labor Code (Law 16‑92).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level).
• Core competencies: agility, results‑orientation, client focus, digital thinking, business orientation, openness to change.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
