About the role

The People Leader (Caribbean and Central America) is a strategic human capital advisor who connects business priorities, people strategy, and financial considerations to support sustainable performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Align people and talent initiatives with business goals to achieve superior organizational performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
• Drive organizational redesign in response to evolving client expectations.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of senior HR experience, preferably as an HR Head or HR Business Partner.
• Proven advisory and coaching experience to senior leaders in a matrix, multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Experience designing and implementing large‑scale HR transformation projects.
• Ability to leverage HR metrics, SLAs and technology for process improvement.
• Commercial mindset with experience building business cases for HR initiatives.
