Analista de Reclutamiento y Selección

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring that open positions are filled with qualified candidates within established timelines. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and leaders to define profiles and drive results-oriented recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate job profiles together with leaders and managers.
• Post vacancies on job boards, digital platforms, social networks and other sourcing channels.
• Design attraction strategies for operational, administrative and managerial positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephone, virtual and face-to-face interviews.
• Administer and coordinate psychometric, technical and competency-based assessments.
• Identify suitable candidates and present final selections to hiring leaders.
• Manage reference checks and required validations.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation, exams and other hiring steps.
• Track candidates through all stages until onboarding.
• Maintain communication with leaders on vacancy status and support hiring decisions.
• Update candidate and process information in relevant platforms.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and psychometric testing.
• Familiarity with Dominican labor legislation is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication, organization, and results orientation.
