Analista de Contabilidad – SAP Business One

About the role

The Accounting Analyst will support the finance department by handling accounts payable, purchase registration and related administrative tasks. The role requires an organized, analytical individual who ensures accurate recording and control of the company’s financial obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Register and monitor accounts payable entries.
• Enter purchases and supplier invoices into the accounting system.
• Verify and validate supporting documentation for received invoices.
• Assist in scheduling and controlling supplier payments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date general and subsidiary ledger records.
• Support accounts payable reconciliations.
• Record transactions and documents in SAP Business One.
• Organize and file accounting documents.
• Prepare basic accounts payable reports upon request.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Accounting Manager.

Required profile

• Final‑year accounting student or recent accounting graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in similar accounting roles, specifically accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP Business One.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
