About the role
We are looking for a Talent Attraction and Development Analyst to support our talent acquisition efforts. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates while contributing to their development journey.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract talent for open positions using various channels.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job profiles.
- Support onboarding and early-stage development initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in talent attraction or recruitment.
- Proactive attitude, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Immediate availability.
