Admissions Manager

About the role

As part of the Marketing, Admissions & Communications team at Saint George School, the Admissions Manager drives student enrolment and ensures a premium experience for prospective and current families. The role combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and hands‑on management of the admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise admissions and marketing strategies to grow enrolment across the school.
• Manage the full admissions cycle from inquiry to enrolment, including tours, interviews, assessments and documentation.
• Coordinate admissions events such as open houses, campus visits and community engagement activities.
• Track and analyse the admissions pipeline, ensuring accurate data, timely follow‑ups and high conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager to create content and promote the school’s premium offering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and proven experience in admissions, sales, customer experience or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, attention to detail and high professionalism.
• Experience working in an educational or international environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in data‑management systems and reporting tools.
