Cajera – Barista – Customer Service & Beverage Preparation

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Cashier/Barista to join our team in Santo Domingo Este. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling payments and preparing high‑quality coffee and other specialty drinks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a courteous attitude and take orders accurately, both in‑person and via WhatsApp.
• Advise guests on drink sizes, flavors, promotions and upsell premium products.
• Process cash, card and digital payments, perform cash‑register closures and reconciliations.
• Maintain the bar area clean, organized and fully stocked; follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Prepare coffees, lattes, frappés, teas and other beverages according to recipes, including decoration and presentation.
• Manage inventory: receive supplier deliveries, conduct monthly/bi‑weekly stock counts and request supplies as needed.
• Update daily menus and promotional posts on Instagram and other social channels.
• Report equipment issues, low stock alerts and perform routine deep‑cleaning tasks.
