Vice President of Operations

About the role

One Park Financial is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead its sales organization in Santo Domingo. This senior executive will shape the performance culture, design sales frameworks, and ensure the leadership pipeline sustains rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the sales performance trajectory, setting vision, standards, and accountability.
• Lead a multi‑layered sales leadership structure (Directors, Senior Managers, Managers) and develop leaders at each level.
• Design and maintain company‑wide sales performance architecture, including KPIs, compensation models, coaching systems, and tiered performance structures.
• Partner with the C‑suite to translate revenue goals into actionable sales strategies.
• Build and scale sales teams, establishing infrastructure that supports high‑velocity growth.
