About the role

The Store Sales Associate for flooring and wall coverings works full‑time on‑site in Distrito Nacional. The role welcomes customers to the showroom, understands their project requirements, and provides informed recommendations on flooring and wall covering products. The associate prepares quotations, processes sales transactions, maintains product displays, and coordinates with inventory and logistics to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom visitors, identifying their design and construction needs.
• Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications of flooring and wall coverings.
• Prepare accurate quotations and process sales using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Maintain tidy and attractive product displays.
• Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
• Follow up with customers post‑purchase to support satisfaction and repeat business.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or showroom sales and strong customer‑service skills.
• Knowledge of construction finishing materials, especially flooring and wall coverings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish.
• Basic numeracy and computer proficiency for quotation and transaction processing.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple customers and maintain showroom order.
• High integrity, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward learning product lines.
• Availability to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends and extended hours.
