Tax Strategy Sales Executive

About the role

Executive Tax Strategy (ETS) is seeking a bilingual, commercially driven sales professional to own the full client journey—from initial contact through closing high‑value engagements. You will work with business owners, executives, investors and high‑income individuals, presenting sophisticated tax‑strategy services without providing tax or legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire sales cycle, from outreach and discovery to agreement execution, payment collection and client handoff.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through approved channels, referrals and professional networks.
• Conduct discovery conversations in English and Spanish to understand prospects’ business, income profile and tax objectives.
• Qualify leads using ETS criteria, present the value proposition, handle objections and close engagements.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the designated CRM and coordinate with ETS specialists for technical questions.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in consultative, high‑ticket sales or business development within financial or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales conversations from discovery through decision and close.
• Strong personal accountability, executive presence and a results‑oriented mindset.
