Tech Lead – Sanity CMS (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive large‑scale Sanity CMS migration projects for U.S. clients. You will join the client’s existing team of designers and engineers, working remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions and guide engineering teams through complex migration initiatives.
• Design and implement content models, data mapping, transformation, and migration tooling for Sanity CMS.
• Collaborate daily with cross‑functional stakeholders, including product, content, and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration layers with enterprise platforms.
• Identify technical risks, define migration strategies, and ensure data integrity throughout the project.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or team‑lead roles.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale Sanity CMS migrations.

Required skills

• TypeScript and Node.js in production environments.
• Sanity CMS – content schemas, GROQ, migration tooling, and APIs.
• RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and/or Next.js.
• Headless CMS architectures and content delivery platforms.
• Document‑based databases and cloud deployment workflows.
