DevOps Engineer (Azure + On-Premise) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

Join FullStackFullStack's talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients as a DevOps Engineer focused on Azure and on‑premise environments. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, scale, and maintain production Kubernetes clusters.
• Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab.
• Support on‑premise data‑center operations, including OpenStack, QEMU or Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Automate provisioning and configuration with Ansible and Terraform.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting (Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK Stack).
• Apply security hardening, integrate SIEM tools and vulnerability scanners into pipelines.
• Plan disaster recovery and automate backups (e.g., AWS S3 Glacier).

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional DevOps engineering experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record with production‑grade Kubernetes and Azure environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams on large, complex systems.
