Talent Acquisition Consultant - LATAM

About the role

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Latin America. This is a customer-facing, individual contributor role acting as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and HRBPs, leading the full-cycle recruitment of salaried positions across Latin America. The focus is on attracting and hiring top talent aligned with Eaton's values and business goals, while delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a requisition load of 30 to 35+ open positions in a fast-paced environment
• Run end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across business units and geographies
• Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies and selection criteria
• Use technology and tools to find candidates, build relationships and maintain a talent pool
• Post jobs, screen resumes and manage candidate pipelines using global tools and platforms
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and keep accurate, timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support employer branding and talent marketing campaigns, and contribute to continuous improvement projects in the Talent Acquisition COE
• Ensure compliance with global and local employment regulations and internal policies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• At least 2 years of experience in a human resources or professional staffing role
• Advanced English
• Demonstrated project management skills
