Talent Acquisition Associate – Recruiter

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will own the full recruitment cycle for multiple client accounts, sourcing and placing exceptional professionals in the global outsourcing industry. You will work from our Santo Domingo office in a hybrid model, partnering with hiring managers and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hiring for assigned vacancies across several client accounts.
• Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines using strategic and Boolean sourcing techniques.
• Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, assessments, background checks and reference verification.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, KPIs and ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition or full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Boolean search techniques, including LinkedIn Boolean.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and database management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office Suite.
